Poppy’s skin condition treatment

My female Labrador Poppy was born in October 2011, I purchased her from a farm at 8 weeks old. Poppy had a bad case of worms when I bought her and I had her treated straight away. At 5 months old I noticed her skin wasn't quite right around her neck. It was red, hot and sweaty. Since March 2012 she has been having treatment for her skin problems, she suffers with eye infections, ear infections and infections else where on the body. The vets have given me numerous answers to the problem. Yeast imfections, demodex, atopic dermatitis etc etc.  Over £7000 has been paid out over 2 years for vet treatment. 

Poppys skin is currently very very dry, very flakey, crusty, she bites and chews at it constantly. She's lost 80% of her fur. She has now contracted MRSA in her skin & is very poorly. I love her so much.  She's had all lotions, potions & pills and nothing seems to cure the problem or atleast manage the problem.

I don't know how much longer my insurance will pay out. So I would like to raise some funds for her.
