Poor Mother seeking help for surgery

Dear Brother & Sisters,

We are doing contributions to help a poor mother to under go "Heart Bypass Surgery" in Lanka Hospital Colombo On 13-July 2019 .which will cost around 550,000 Rupees.

If you can help them with whatever you wished

Below then Middle class family from Moratuwa district, parents & 3 children's. Her husband (Anwar) he is working as labor in glass manufacturing factories and earning 15,000 Rupees per month, wife(Fareena) she work at home by preparing short eats for some function and earning some small amounts and all her 3 children's are teenage going to school.

Doesn't have own house staying in rented basis, some how there life was going in difficulties. Suddenly she had heart pain when they checked they she have blocks in main arteries have to do bypass surgery in a month. I have attached there originally certificate & hospital documentation .
