The old man has no children. Grandpa lives in a humble house on the basis of subsistence allowances, and the basic meals for three meals are pickled vegetables.

The cost of meals and living care for 1 poor elderly people is $1515 per year, as follows:
The cost of the meal was 78 * 12 months = 947
The monthly nursing cost is 25 * 12 months = 303
The cost of living is 140 * 12 = 1680 (including hairdressing, indoor cleaning and cleaning clothes).
It is estimated that 20 poor elderly people will be supported each year, 1515 * 20 = 30320 each year.
