Pool and ping pong room for kids in my village

Hello,I am a 24 years old man from Romania.I've finished a faculty and now I work in the near town at minimum wage.I've choosed to be close to home because I feel at my best when I am around my family.
My dream is to raise a small business where kids can play and here in my village we lack such comodities.
I would like to erect a small room where I can fit a pool table and a ping pong room so that kids and adults of course can have fun together.
I can not afford to the make so big plan because money are scarce and many are gone paing bills and helping my family.Thank you everyone for reading.
