I, Jean Paoulo “Paul David” Santos, mayoralty candidate for the city government of Tarlac City is campaigning against corruption in government which is propagated by political dynasties, oligarchies and monopolies in businesses and various industries. Widespread poverty and massive criminality are rampant in areas where dynastic rule and oligarchic influence are dominant.

The undersigned mayoralty candidate shall focus on the strength of his platforms, mainly Progresibong Direksyon at Solusyon which tackles and shall enhance the: “Work From Home Program”; propagate social media creators, App developers,e-sports industry, food development industry, entertainment industry, on line legit selling of goods and buy and sell industry. These shall cater to poor families, the unemployed ones, and the less privileged neglected by the local government.

Other proposed platforms to be implemented are as follows: At-cost housing for minimum wage earners, free housing for all indigents, free education for the poor, free feeding program and free milk for infants every week.

There shall be free medical assistance insurance benefits, and also assistance for accident, death and burial claims. The distribution of nutritious food rations will be implemented and the establishment of the proposed factory for all indigents so they may work for their living and stay out of poverty, and dangerous drugs.
