APPEAL FOR HELP
Jona Kiš is the first live-born child of the Kiš family, born from the 3rd healthy pregnancy. After stillbirth and ectopic birth, a large smear of 4120gr and 53cm 2 weeks before the due date was received by the emergency section on 18.10.2020.
When dreams seem to have finally become a reality, the mother doctors announce that little Jonah has a congenital heart defect. There are no two blood vessels towards and from the heart, the blood is mixed into one and a tube needs to be implanted to help his heart work, and he is urgently transferred to the Rib.
Today is his 6th day of life, he was supposed to be in the care of the family home, but he lies in the cardiology department on Rebro,Zagreb,Croatia.
Doctors advised that it would be best to have surgery in Linz, but the HZZO will not fund it because the cardiologist, neonatologist and surgeon do not want to give them signatures.
Every day is equally important to them, water will soon start to collect in his lungs and some problems will start that would be treated symptomatically, and the operation would have to wait a long time.
The father went to the bank to get a loan, but it will not be enough because the operation costs 60,000 euros + private ambulance transport from Rebro to the hospital in Linz, because it is not financed by the Croatian Health Insurance Fund either.
All of you who are willing to help, to give up some of your tastes, financially, can pay into the account of mother Dajana Mizdrak, so that Jonah can spend his first Christmas, God willing, in his crib.
