Help with the purchase of electric wheelchairs

my name is Marko.

I suffer from muscular dystrophy.

Muscular dystrophy is a progressive disease, which causes muscle weakening and muscle tissue deterioration, and reduces their function essential for controlling body movements. People with dystrophy lose their motor functions very early, which is why in most cases they have to use a wheelchair or are very difficult to move.

I move with the help of a hand-powered wheelchair, which can only move independently inside the house, and this is an increasing problem for me due to the progression of the disease.

To move out of the house I depend entirely on the help of another person.

To facilitate mobility and independence indoors and outdoors, I need an electric wheelchair.

The wheelchair is fully adapted to my health and needs, with electronic accessories for the backrest and seat, which greatly facilitate the seating position, and which affects the steering and driving of the wheelchair.

The price of such electric wheelchairs is 90,418.44 kn ≈ 11,900 €

My only source of income is personal disability benefits, so I am not able to finance the purchase of a wheelchair on my own.
