Poker Marketplace business

We are Flushify, we are a Poker Marketplace for poker players and investors who wish to do the following:

• Buy / Sell action
• Buy / Sell tournament tickets
• Buy or offer coaching
• Marketplace for anything poker
• Last longers
• Offer training videos ( free and paid )
• And lots more to come in the future

We are looking to get our web application launched next month. We are currently at the stage of checking / altering some of the features we have on the site.

We are looking to sell a percentage ( 30% ) of the business, this will allow us to reach a huge crowd when we first launch the business. We are in talks with some popular Poker Streamers / YouTubers and even some of the big online companies ( PokerStars, Sky, Americas Cardroom )

How does the business make money?

- We have various methods to make money, the first being a Premium Membership which any user can join up to at any point. There are 2 types of memberships and both have different benefits attached to them. The first being $4.99 p/m and the second being $24.99 p/m

- We take a commission on the sales of items via our marketplace

- Advertising will also bring us in an income

How will I get paid for my percent after investing?

Once you have invested you will be required to give us your details ( email address, contact telephone number, name and address ). Just before the launch of the business we will be registering the business and issuing share certificates to each person that has invested. Your name and address will appear on Companies House website as a share holder in the business.

At this point you will receive login details to the admin section of the web application, here you can see at any time how the business is doing. We will have a full breakdown of profit/loss, income and expenditure and the profit left over each month.

You will receive your profits at the end of each month, this will be paid directly into your account.
