Pocket Money Difficulty

I live with my mom ever since my parents divorced, along side with my older sister and older brother. Recently my sister got into a university and it took quite a sum of money. My dad no longer provide my family any money, mom being the one who is responsible taken up a lowpaying job just to cover up our expenses and brother trying too.
