Plz help me for complete my dream

Assalamu Alaikum. Those who see this reason, plz pay attention to the whole issue. So that you can understand the whole thing rightly. I live in a small town of Bangladesh. Not only from a poor family.I have to go to school with great difficulty. From my early childhood, I wanted to learn freelancing and web developing. I did not spend the money that was given to me every day to go to school. used to go to school for walking on how to save money every day.

and with this money, i went to the cyber cafe and use the internet to learn about website developing. I had to do this very hard, because there was no internet connection in my house. Now I can not go to cyber cafes every day. I want to open myself a website now. And I want to earn some money from that which will be good for my family. Please help me, so that I can buy a computer with your money and make my website with the help of internet connection. And since I do not have a Paypal account, because of the difficulty I have to open a PayPal account with the help of my friend. Please help me please.
