Pls help us extend the life of my sister whose battling metastazise breast cancer

My sister undergone total mastectomy and removal of lymphnode in her armpit. She is diagnosed of st 4 breast carcinoma. Now she have open wound in her left chest, edematous left arm, facial edema and water in her lungs. She undergone naturopathy treatment. She needs financial support to continue her treatment.
