PLEASE SUPPORT ME & MY SON:
My son was mistakenly identified, we need your help.
Have you ever thought about what it would be like if one of your children was accused of a terrible crime that they did not do?
I have heard of it happening…just never thought in a million years it would happen in my own family.
This nightmare became my truth as a parent last weekend…The emotions...being so scared for my boy that I could barely breathe. The uncertainty of knowing whether he would ever be able to come home again. Not being able to talk to him…..all I could think was we need someone who understands the law that can help my son out of this horrible situation.
You would want the BEST lawyer to represent them to prove your child's innocent right?
This is my struggle and pain after an incident this past weekend happened and my son was just at the wrong place at the wrong time.
Hiring someone who can help our family of 4 children has come at a steep cost that we are now working hard to figure out how to pay for and still live and support our other children.
We cannot afford to lose our lawyer as he is truly amazing and is doing so much for my son. He has gotten him out of jail BUT not in the clear yet. When something like this happens it takes so much time through the judicial system and there is a heavy financial burden attached as well.
Learning about what it will cost to maintain his lawyer and allow him to prove my son’s innocence is an extremely unexpected expense for our family. One that we would wish no one ever have to go through.
I am not willing for my son to be convicted for something he did not do because we don’t have the proper legal representation. My son is a good kid. He is the brother who takes his younger siblings to baseball games, makes sure his sister has good shoes, looks out for his cousins, spends time with his Grandpa...he is not a criminal.
