Jackie is currently being held in Pittsburgh's Allegheny County Jail for a murder that she did not commit. While the real murder/s are unknown and may be walking around free to hurt others, Jackie (who would not harm anyone or anything) is paying the price greatly behind bars.

A young man was brutally murdered. Finding the REAL murderers and bringing justice for him should be the focus in this situation. Instead, Jackie has been paying the price for someone else's crime. After Jackie was arrested, the television, newspaper and internet slandered her name with her photo and made her appear as the vicious killer. All of which are horrendous and humiliating lies that cannot be erased.

The money collected from this fundraiser will help pay for legal fees to ensure that Jackie receives a fair trial. Jackie is deeply loved by her family and friends, yet everyone who wants to help does not have enough money to pay in advance the cost of the lawyer fees.
