This daughter’s condition is worsening. She suffers from Gaucher’s disease, a rare genetic disorder, which is threatening to kill her.
Aafiya loved playing with her friends but 3 years ago, she started getting tired very quickly. She didn’t want to go out to the park anymore and even started losing weight. We became worried and so we took her to our family doctor but the medication he gave didn’t work.
After a few days her patent's noticed that her whole body was turning pale and weak, her tummy had started to bulge out and was now abnormally large and hard.
Her Parents feared that it might be something serious so on the suggestion of the village doctor they are took her to Hyderabad for a check-up.
Mohammed Moshin and he is Aafiya’s father. He work as a mechanic in a local garage, but being the only earning member he face difficulties to feed hs family of five. His financial condition was poor, but he somehow managed to get her to Hyderabad.
Aafiya;s Mom who is deaf and dumb keeps begging to explain to Aafiya;s father, what exactly their daughter is suffering from, but even he can’t understand much about her life-threatening condition as the disorder is very rare.
HIS wife is struggling to interpret what is wrong with their little girl. She can’t grasp the criticality and is constantly petrified that she will be snatched from us.
Meanwhile, as we wait in our village to gather money, Aafiya has refused to go to school as her tummy is big and everyone makes fun of her. She used to come home crying every day asking me to never send her to school again.
It’s heartbreaking to see how her fragile body is getting weaker every day and we are unable to rescue her from all the pain.
The only means to save her requires an expensive bone marrow transplant which costs 24,00,000. She is also required to stay in the hospital after the surgery for 3 months for observation.
They has already sold off all his valuables to pay the mounting medical bills and have nothing more left. You are our only hope now. Your generosity can save this dying daughter. Please support her treatment.
