Please save our home and business

Hello, my name is David and I really need your help to save our home and business. I'm 52 years old, father of two great teen-age girls. After 19 years as a construction contractor and after much thought, planning and prayer, I decided to sell my construction equipment and use the money to start a new business, a business that I felt would be more stable for the girls and our future. So after developing a business plan, leasing a facility, making improvements, buying equipment and purchasing inventory, we opened the doors to a 'retail tire & express oil change' business in May 2012. So far, so good.

We are located in a town and county of about 60,000 people,and while we seem to be somewhat well recieved, business was very slow the first few months and I ended up putting the last of our cash into the store, money that I had put aside for my home mortgage and the girls health insurance- not to mention food and utilities- because I realized from the beginning that I would not get any salary from the store for at least the first year. Which brings us to the very embarressing part, because I put the last of my savings into the business I have not been able to pay my home mortgage, to the point that I'm facing foreclosure. All of the local banks have denied my loans because of the age of the business and because I let the mortgage get behind. All of this I understand, but I have everything I ever owned in that store and I knew that saving it would also save myself and my daughters future.

It's early December now and sales are improving to the point that I feel confident that the store will be okay and my accountant agrees that by May or June I will be able to pay a salary. But for now, I have got to raise money to keep my home from foreclosure. Any funds raised will be used for home mortage and home utilities. This is and urgent request and any help will be appreciated.
