please save my home for me and my cat

Hello every kind person out there. Last year I was scammed by crooks who hacked into my landladies email account, I was persuaded to send my rent to another bank. (She had asked me to do this before) Unfortunately she did not tell me that she had not received the rent, so I thought everything was OK I was again scammed the following month only when I had sent that months rent did she confront me so now I owe her £1000 (I have paid off some of the arrears) now outstanding is just over £1000. At the time of this scam I was upset because my girlfriend of 12 years had ended the relationship 3 days before the scam.

I have never missed a months rent since the day I moved in here (4 years) I am 73 years old diabetic high blood pressure and live alone with my little rescue cat. I have till the end of March to find this money or she will evict ,,me I would be extremely grateful if any kind person can help me. Thank you.
