Please Save Mocha’s Eyesight

Hello, my name is Mocha. I am a 10 year old Puggle who has severe cataracts in both of my eyes. In March of this year, I was diagnosed with Diabetes, Pancreatitis and Lyme Disease. I am on insulin injections twice a day and I require a special diet for my Pancreatitis. My insulin and my food are costly. About 2 months ago, I started having trouble with my eyesight. I am presently walking into walls, doors and even my Mom's wheelchair. My Mom is also a Diabetic who lost both of her legs due to this disease. She also has heart problems. She is on a limited income. Mom took me to see a Veterinary Opthomologist for my eyes. The Vets says she feels I would benefit from cataract surgery. My Mom is very sad because she can't afford the surgery for me. Funds would be used for pre-op dental treatment, pre-op blood work, cataract surgery of both of my eyes, post-op eye medications and post-op vet visits. Please help me get my eyesight back so that Mom won't be sad anymore and I can go back to being my normal happy self. Any help you can give is deeply appreciated. PLEASE HELP SAVE MY EYESIGHT.
