Please save me!!!!

hello everyone.I am Md Forhad Hossain,With due respect i want to say something to all of you. I am a kidney disease patient,many days ago i found something change in my body. then i went to consult a doctor then for the first time i was hopeless,because i didnt see any way ton recover from this disease. Doctor told me to start treatment but that time i had no money so,how can i take treatment???? after heard my disease i am still trying to manage the amount of money. But still now i couldnt manage my surgery money. I am not a rich man and my family and my relatives are not able to help me to giving me $24000 .few days ago i heard about this website,where helpless person can get help. doctor told me to finish my surgery as soon as possible .And i want finish surgery in this month, I cant tollarate anymore.

i want to live, I dont want to die at hurry

i am the only one earning person in my family.

i have no way to save my life. if all of you help me,then i can get a new life as well as my family.
