Please save Jolly

Jolly is a 3 year old female Miniature Dachshund, who means the world to her family. She desperately needs surgery as one of the discs in her spine has slipped and is protruding into her spinal cord. Unfortunately her pet insurance will not cover any of the costs. The vet can not take her in for surgery until we have paid the full cost of the surgery. This is 6000$. For aftercare including check ups and physiotherapy it is estimated at a further $700+. If anyone would like to help Jolly it would be greatly appreciated.
