Please please help our mama

Our mom has a "high grade" cancer in her urinary bladder and the doctor said that her bladder along with her uterus should be removed so that the cancer won't spread to her other organs ("high grade" means that the cyst will surely reappear in her bladder again or worse it may spread soon to her other organs). The surgery will cost, approximately, Php280,000-300,000. (The attached photos are her biopsy result and the name of the surgery procedure that our mom will undergo this coming August 2019)

My family are just normal people who doesn't earn a lot.... After gathering all our remaining savings, after borrowing money from friends, and getting a loan from the government and my company, we've gathered a total of Php160,000. We're still lacking Php140,000 and we don't know where to get this anymore.

Our last resort is to borrow from the bank because we're afraid of the interest that comes with it.
