My wonderful 9 year old Bichon Frisee dog Cutie has been diagnosed with diabetes this past year and has just been diagnosed with having catarcts that are causing him blindness. He needs to have cataract surgery asap. Every day his eyes are losing proteins that wil eventually render him completely blind.. I have already spent thousands of dollars on medications, surgeries, tests, etc. I am approx $3000 short for what we need for surgery to go ahead. It is heartbreaking for me. I have had to quit my job just to be able to give him the care he needs and to administer the many daily insulin shots he needs and to ensure he is fed at the same time every day to control the diabetes, this has been extremely hard for me financially. 

I just do not have the funds to put towards this surgery, I have already spent thousands and thousands of dollars, especially along with all the diabetic medication needed, tests and examinations, no insurance will cover this procedure and I am at my wits end. There are no foundations out there to help me at all. I am willing to send the veteranarian files/paperwork/invoices to prove this isnt a joke, im in desperate need of help for my little guy and need the hearts of many to please donate, even $1 from each person is an amazing gesture, or if you cant donate please share and post this link in all your social media sites.

He is a loving happy affectionate dog. He isnt a dog in my eyes but more like a son. He understands everything I say, at times its as if he actually speaks to me with his barking, he is a very smart dog and to see him lose his sight is gutwrenching, I have been unable to sleep or smile since I have heard this devastating news. He used to love to sit and look out the windows and used to run up to everyone who came through the door, now he just sleeps, I can see he is losing the life in him and the pain of not being able to see has made him want to sleep all day and night long.

He is my baby. To see such an amazing sensitive loving dog (which has alot of more years in him)  deteriorate like this is heart breaking and intolerable for me. This dog is all I have.

Please any help is appreciated....even a dollar would be so helpful in going toward helping our little guy....

People have even gone so far as to delete Cuties Instagram account which had over 400 followers and we have had to start all over again, his new account is PAWITFORWARDCUTIE , after cuties is hopefully recovered and has had his surgery we plan on starting a charity will helps animals who are less fortunate, and help with emergency vet bills for people who simply cannot afford it, hence  #PAWITFORWARDCUTIE

Any extra funding above target received will be used to start an emergency animal surgery funding charity based in Ontario Canada as I have seen firsthand the lack of help for people who cannot afford exhorbitant veteranarian fees that are not covered by Insurance.
