My dear brothers, and sisters,
I'm Ardie Sotero from Itogon, Benguet, Philippines. I am raising this fund for my son Yandrie Blake (3 years old) for his surgical operation.
He has been diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease, Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) and Pulmonary Stenosis (PS) Severe and requires heart surgery as soon as possible.
The medical cost would be around PHP 800,000 but unfortunately, I don't have this amount on-hand. It is for this reason that I would like to knock at your generous hearts to help me raise funds that would cover medical bills, surgery costs, hospital stay and other personal costs that may come up on top of our medical bills.
