Please help us to save our home

Hello my name is Jure, I'm from Slovenia (Central Europe) and from the middle of 2011 living with my Family (kid 6 years) in a 3 room apartment (new building started selling in 2010). We had a contract for 1 year rent and than 70% of the rent is deducted from the buying price. Until here that's OK. Now the fun part - not so funny because the law in our country (Slovenia) is written for those that are wealthy and for the politicians. We other honest and hard working people can not get or buy nothing without any help of others. It's a shame for our country to let this happen. Buts let go to our story. Before one year ended, the first problems appear. I will joust mention the biggest ones that we have. 1. The entrance door and all windows are not sealed enough because they are not strait and they can not be set and sealed - the winds are blowing in all corners (windows and doors). Need to get new windows and doors. 2. Change all of the screeds and all of the flooring + all ceramics in the bathroom (cracking for the second time). 3. Leaking gas pipe in the night in May 2012 - almost gone to sleep for ever (poisoning) and no one was responsible. 4. Bad and defective gas heater. Need to buy a air conditioning and a wood fireplace to get trough the winter time (the wood is stored common corridor) 5. Leaking of the basement (bad hydro insulation) and the roof (mold is starting to build up). 6. and much much more... Too solve all of the problems we need around 31,000.00 EUR (37,598.19 USD). We will solve this if we can buy the apartment. We had invested around 9,000.00 EUR (10,926.45 USD) in our apartment in this years so that we can have a normal life, if we can say it so. There was not a 1 USD given to sanitation of defects to 100%. We are in a rented apartment and the owner does nothing. In the year 2013 our car broke down and the service cost were to high with the description - the same problem will come back again in 6 to 12 months. We sold it and got a new one (loan). Why we did not buy the apartment after one year? The company that was the owner was not working any more it was joust registered with no CEO and no employees (a ghost company). Yes you can do that and much more in Slovenia and not get punished. In the middle of 2014 the company gets a decision of the Court and it's insolvent. So the process is running on the Court. The liquidator had informed us (22.12.2014) that the apartment will go into a public auction. The date of the auction will be send to us in the beginning of January 2015. The informal info is that the auction will be in the end of January 2015 - it's neither confirmed nor rejected by the liquidator. The 70% of the payed rent was for the time paid some more that 6,000.00 EUR (7,277.07 USD) and we can forget on it. We can get joust 50% of it. :-( Because of the invested 9,000.00 EUR (10,926.45 USD) we had to take loans and now joust for the participation on the auction, so that we can buy the apartment we need a 10% (7,420.69 EUR - 9,000.00 USD) of the actual apartment price and that's the price needed. We need some more, but thats OK becous the MORE that we need we have savings. We have 1 month of time, maybe some more and we wish to stay in the apartment (we have no other options). Our kid is going to school and has friends here. In 2015 me and my wife have a 10 year wedding anniversary and I hope that I can cook a romantic dinner at this home. ----- - If we take a loan for the 10%, than we can not take a loan to buy the apartment. - If we don't get the amount we can not participate to by it. We are on the street. :-( ----- At the advice of my friend, I'm turning to you for help. Please help us keep this apartment. We had given more that we could into it. If we get more than needed than the sum will go into changing windows and the entrance door, ... Hope you understand what I have written than my English is not so great. Sorry for the picture, but my wife wishes not to be visible and we don't like to expose our kid. For me that's no problem. And for those that will help us, there is a unique present for every one.
