Campaign Story
My sister, Raisa, is in minimally conscious state with Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
She currently depends on an oxygen tank for her to maintain sufficient O2 levels when breathing. We have an old Oxygen Concentrator but is currently performing less and less, the O2 concentration it provides is getting lower and lower.
