Please help us stay independent.

We are a very young family, hubby's only 43, we have 2 kids, one who flew the nest just this month. My husband got medically boarded this month after always giving his all to his job and the stress of it all is getting to us, big time. All this years he was the provider, he worked and took care of us no matter how tired he was or how much he hurt. He was and always will be our -and everyone that's ever met him's- hero, no-one could ever understand just how he's still able to work. He was born a provider. Because of serious medical issues, I'm not able to work myself. I do what I can to help bring money into the house but there's only so much you can do and so much you can bring in! We have the opportunity to buy a cabin, it means that we'll always have a roof over our heads and still having a child in our home, that's our biggest concern right now. We've helped and cared for so many people over the past years, we forgot to take care of our own future and with things happening as fast as they are.. we're scared out of our minds. We already lost everything, so many, many times, the only difference now is that it won't be so easy to just get up and start again. We just need some help. I don't know how else to help, don't know what else to do to get what we so desperately need. It feels so wrong to ask, it's not something we're used to and there's so many people in way worse situations than we are, but just this one time I want to, no, need to be selfish and ask something for us. If you are able to donate anything, even if it's only R5, it will bring us closer to getting what we need. If and when we're able to buy our cabin, I will post pictures and the proof that that is where the money went. I'm just a very scared mommy and wife, begging on my knees.
