Please help us save our multigenerational home

We are asking for help to upgrade our home in order to make the lives of the family tolerable. And make the house eligible for refinance. If we cannot refinance we will loose the home. In the home are myself ( grandma ) and my husband (papa) our daughter and her 2 children 16 and 12 and our other grandson that is 5 which we have guardianship of. My son who stays in a temporary space in the garden shed because the home is only 2 bedroom at this point. If we could pay up our bills and fix some issues with the home we could refinance and maybe help our daughter and her children get there own place. My husband and I are bot only on SSI. Our house payment is well over half of what we make. If we could refinance our payment could drop in half. My husband is a Vietnam veteran so we could refinance with them maybe.
