Please Help us make our Dream a Reality.

We need your help. We are trying to raise $45,000.00 for a down payment on a house. We both work full time and have managed to save $5000.00 of our own money. Unfortunatly we are running out of time. The house that we wish to purchase is a simple three bedroom, two bath house on a corner lot. It has been on the market now for a while but we are afraid that it will sell soon since the owners have dropped the price. We do not qualify for a home loan unless we have a big down payment due to our poor credit score. My fiance has been a truckdriver for thirteen years and I have been a certified nurses aide for the same amount of time. We make enough to pay our bills and manage to put a little aside each check but it is not enough. We currently rent a house and what we pay for rent would more than cover the monthly payments for the new house. The only thing stopping us from acheiving our dream to own our own house is this down payment. Any help at all would be apreciated more than you know. Even just a dollar can make a difference. One of the most powerful decision you can make in your life is to do something for someone that does not have the power or resources to return the favor.
