Please help us help Zeus

We adopted this handsome boy a few months ago, right before we had to put our beautiful girl Chyna down.

I definitely took on more then I could handle with him because when I rescued him from someone who said they could no longer keep him and that he was going to a kill shelter that same day, she gave him to me with Whipworm. She didn't tell me he had whipworm and I ended up spending over $400 to find out and start his meds. When it came time to start his second round he couldn't because he seemed to have an upset stomach and didn't want to eat so we just fed him what he would eat and hoped he'd get his appetite back. Yesterday, 11/4, when I came home from work I noticed his scrotum seemed to be inflamed. After talking to a vet it may be something as minor as an infection which will be fixed with medicine or something as major as him needed surgery. I will do everything in my power to make him better but financially it's really hard because I'm still trying to pull my head above water since my fiance passed away. I have never done anything like this before but I have no choice. As you can see in the picture, my kids love Zeus so much and he has been a life saver for them since losing Chyna. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
