Please help us get this cute puppy out of Thailand?

My boyfriend and I are English Teachers in Thailand. Last week we saw an old Thai man opposite us abuse a puppy (i think 8 weeks old.) He was hitting her with a stick and kicking her. I ran outside to help her. She was crying for help and she tried to get away and on the pavement but she's to small. That's not the first time we saw her outside, but we thought that she was someone's puppy, but it turns out she lives on the street. We are still trying to get rid of all the ticks and fleas on her. We took her in and gave her a bath and bought her some food and toys. Our contract ends end of February 2015, and then we're going back to South Africa. We really want to take her back with us, where she will be loved by our family, friend and other pets. We can't afford all the costs for blood test and travel costs. We only have 3 months to raise all the money for Lala to have a loving and safe home. Please help us raise the money, we don't want to leave her here in Thailand. I can't let the people here abuse her like they did.
