PLEASE HELP US FOR MY UNCLE’S CORONARY BYPASS ARTERY OPERATION.. ANY HELP, BIG OR SMALL, WOULD BE SO MUCH APPRECIATED

We are currently seeking for help and assistance for my uncle, VIVENCIO LEODONES DE GUZMAN, residing at 326 Mc Arthur Highway, Malinta, Valenzuela City, Metro Manila, Philippines. His doctor from the Philippine Heart Center, Dr. Edward Niño J. Gacrama, detects HCVD CAD 3 VESSEL DISEASE which means he has blockages in his arteries (including the main arteries) therefore he needs to undergo a surgery to be able to remove the blockages. He needs to be operated AS SOON AS POSSIBLE through CORONARY ARTERY BYPASS SURGERY OR OPEN-CHESTED SURGERY which will cost approximately Php 650,000. They are indigent individuals that do not get any support from their families and they were the one who provides their family needs and expenses through selling snacks and home-made desserts.

Actually he and his wife are PWDs or persons with disability. He has Visual Disability while his wife has an Orthopedic Disability (with a severe scoliosis). We cannot afford to admit my uncle to the Philippine Heart Center immediately because the Philippine Heart Center needs a Php300,000 down payment before proceeding my uncle's heart operation. Hence I wrote this with truthfulness, I have copies of his medical certificate, medical prescription, his certificate of indigence, his IDs and his wife's IDs for your reference and proof of reliability and trustworthiness.
