Please help us build anti frost system to save our fruit plantage

Dear people, My family invested all our savings to build an fruit plantages, it is pear plantage. The pear trees are progressing weary well and the story would be perfect if mother nature doesn't destroy our effort every spring. Unfortunately because of global climate changes we are facing too hot springs which are resulting in fruit flowering too early and after that hot wether period coming few extra cold days which are freezing flower. This is the second year we are losing 100% of the fruit we were hoping to be our family business and income resource. There is a solution to save the fruit from freezing and it's called the anti-frost system. We have prepared accumulation lakes for a big volume of water required for the system to be functional, and now we get to point that very expensive equipment is required. Big pumps hosses and sprinkles are something we can not afford to ourselves at this point since our saving is gone, please help us to realize our dream with the family business we can earn for our living.
