Please help us attend Connooga

www.connooga.com   Every year my three kids and I attend a multi-fandom convention in our home town called Connooga.  Due to my low wages and single parenthood it's the only "vacation" we usually get.  We look forward to it all year and make plans and costumes (which usually never work out) and generally have a total blast.  This year, though, a series of back to back near-devistating financial setbacks has pretty much made certain that I won't be able to afford for us to go this year. Usually I would just suck it up and and explain it's just one more thing we don't get to do becaue of money, but this time it's really grinding my gears.  My kids are awesome.  They're 17, 15, and 13 years old and have near perfect grades.  They've taken all of our financial problems in stride and with great attitudes.  Never whining or complaining and always loving.  I had to cancel (postpone) Chrismas presents this year, postpone birthday presents, and cancel other plans.  Not once did they whine or complain. Just accepted it and moved on.  They are wonderful! Here's a short list of the things that happened to bring me to asking for money on the internet: (this is all in the last two months) Valve blew in car; repaired that Imediately afterward, fuel pump blew; repaired that, but had to use rent money Informed landlord that I would be late with rent (first time in 18 months of living there) and she immediately evicted us and is sueing me for an ungodly amount of money.  Currently awaiting court. Had to find a new place for us to live, found one, moved in, very expensive Ah, tax time!  That's where a single parent makes their money and how I pay for Connooga and all the other little bills and debts I have accrued over the year.  Someone used my kids' socials! Now I'm in the long process of refiling and waiting on the IRS to look and see who's been claiming these guys for the last 17 years.  Who knows how long it will take. Got a flipping flat tire on the highway on the way home from work last night!  Arg! All that being said, my kids deserve better and I hate that I can't afford this!  Thank you for even reading this far and any help would be just awesome!  Thank you!
