Please help up have a baby

My husband and I have been trying to have a baby since 2008, with no luck.  I have had multiple miscarriages and surgery.  We have started seeing a new specialist and feel that she is our last hope.  While she says we are perfect candidates for invitro, we can't afford it.  We have already spent thousands of dollars with doctors that, I am finding out now, didn't even do the basics.  We feel we have been taken at every turn.  Now, with our financial situation and our ages, this is our last hope to be parents.  I am very humbled to have to do this, but our families cannot help us financially any longer.  I thank you for your thoughts and help.
