Please help unemployed mother in need for home for her kids

I am a single mother of 3 children.40 years unemployed.I need a place where my children will call it a home .Im struggling to find a job that would provide for my kids.I went to college but it is very hard a better paying job at my age , employment is very scares in my country.If it happen i find a job I only get something that pays between R1000 to R2500 a month,with this amount of money I can only afford to to buy food .saving for a home is impossible it can take for ever since I dont have a job.I tried to apply for a RDP house several times without any luck because sometimes they want money also I dont have anyone that I know in high places so I cant qualify.for now I'm staying in a little shack and it is not belong to me , someone offered to help me until when she need it anytime.in the shack we do not have water and electricity,we use parrafin and water from neighbours sometimes they refuse to give us water.Im living with HIV positive for almost 15 years now I have a fear that I will die one day and leave my kids without a home.In winter it becomes very difficult because it is very cold we catch colds easily and get sick.Thank you in advance for your gift I will buy home for my kids and also start a small business for income
