MT Kilimanjaro Charity Climb In support of:- Ikirwa School-Creating and Turning Dreams into Reality!

Imagine an entire community whose children's biggest dream is becoming a tour guide or a porter! Not that there is anything wrong with that line of work but what happened to the other more ambitious dreams? What happened to the dream of becoming a doctor, a lawyer or perhaps an engineer? Sadly this is the reality of the kids growing up around Mt Meru located about 70km west of Mt Kilimanjaro. 

Ikirwa school is determined to help children from this area dream big by providing them with an opportunity to get quality education. Our Names are Don and David and we are volunteering to help these kids realize their dreams. We are requesting you to support us as we do a Mt Kilimanjaro charity climb to raise funds for Ikirwa school to help build classes, dormitory and provide scholarships.

We will do the climb between January 5th and 12th 2014. You are welcome to join us for the Charity climb or simply donate either money or your time to help in fund raising events.
