My name is Leony and I am a shy 24 year old girl with health issues.

I am looking to raise SGD $ 12000 to help me pay for my Father's Medical Bill because my father does not have any medical insurance to pay for it. I was so desperate as it was urgent, I had to borrow from loan sharks and they have seized my house as i had to give them my house to keep us safe & pay his urgent medical bills.

A year ago, my father had a motorcycle accident on the road while riding, he was then sent to the emergency ward in a hospital at Bandung, as he was unconscious, tests confirmed one of his brain's blood vessel's was blocked and thus the brain was starved of oxygen.

As his daughter, I gave consent to the doctor to operate on him in order to help him regain consciousness. The doctor diagnosed him as having a mild stroke.

He has since been discharged by the doctor & I have been looking after him for the last 9 months, my father was a sole bread winner in my family, thus we have been struggling to survive.

My teenaged brothers are still schooling unable to find a job yet, while my mum is a homemaker.

During these 9 months, our reserves have been used up to pay these medical fees and his follow up treatments.

My family savings have been exhausted and it has even forced us to borrow from the only available lender, the loan shark.

My father is still recovering from his condition.

As a result of this, the last 3 month I had delegated my mum to take care of my father as I attempted to find a job in jakarta to pay off the loan sharks.

While there, it took too long to find a job with accommodation, earning only IDR 5 million rupiah which is roughly about SGD$500.

I have no other option but to accept Francis' help to do this, as i am not able to pay up fast enough to appease the loan shark.

I was very afraid that these loan sharks will harm my parents!
