Please help to get Sotalol medicine for Mother

My mother is living in Russia. She has heart illness - Epstein anomaly, aneurysm, pulmonary hypertension. The documents confirming it can be found in the images to this campaign. The only drug which can support her is Sotalex/Sotalol. But this drug is prohibited in Russia. And I have to get it from Europe - which is very costly due to the Ruble/Euro exchange rate and due to the fact that I cannot buy it officially. This drug is a common cure for any European - but a luxury for Russians due to the prohibition of it in our country.

So, please, be so kind and support this women, who struggles with desease every day. She's 55 now, and is not able to work for several years already. And though I do my best to support her buying and bringing drugs from abroad Is a real problem.
