PLEASE help to get my felony expunged!!!

My name is Jeff and I messed up around 15 years ago. I was charged with possession of a controlled substance. I've never touched drugs, since. I have a felony, as a result of my mistake and can now get it removed, in Kentucky. It costs more than I have, due to my recent stroke. Also, it has held me back, from bettering myself.
