Please help to complete my study dream

Hi everyone,

My name is Kelvin, and I've been getting through a hard time for the past 5 years.

On 2016, I've applied to study nursing in Australia, and luckily, I receive the offer letter from Holmesglen, I’ve to start from 1.5 years diploma, and then credit transfer to university and continue from year 2 and 3. After that I can be successfully to become a registered nurse.

But unfortunately, when I was ready to pay the payment, I received the bad news, which is my dad got a heart disease and being sent to hospital. Due to the public hospital don’t have enough resource and man power to put my father in a higher priority. So, I have no choice to send him to some private hospital, which will cost me a lot of money. My father was a traditional man that he doesn’t think he need to have any medical insurance when he was young, so all the fee has to be paid by ourself.

He is my father, I have to do whatever I can to save him, so I have no choice but spend all the education fee that I saved for years, and try to keep my father alive.

After few years, he passed away on 2020 November. There is nothing more I can do. I’ve already done my best, in the past few years, I even applied for another part time job after my day time job. All I want to do is earn enough money to pay for the medical fee and keep him alive. But he passed away eventually…

I’m really sad, but before he passed away, he told me that he is sorry about that because of his health issue, make me can’t go to study my nursing course, because he knows this is my dream. And he hopes that someday, I can become a nursing and save more people like him, or can let some people that are nearly die, can feel some warm before they leave this world.

Thanks for everyone who can support me, all i need is the diploma fee, i'll earn the university fee by myself by keep working as part-time during my study and semester break there.

Hope that i can have your support, and let my father know, I finally did it and become a nurse to share the warmness to other people in need.
