Please Help These Dogs Get Better

So I've been caring for these 4 dogs, (Breed: AsPin) namely: Bella (Brown), Sasa (the one in the cropped photo), Somi (the one who's extremely thin) and Cindy (the one who's still furry).I'm here to ask for help from you guys. I'm from the Philippines and would seriously love to see these dogs get better. It hurts to see them suffering everyday and I've been trying my best to treat them with home remedies and sulfur soap but I know that's not enough because all it does is somehow ease the itchiness. They're also very thin and my family doesn't have that enough money for vet appointments and treatment.

To have these 4 dogs treated is costly here, so if you guys could help even just for a little, I would be really grateful.I love these dogs to death and all I want is to see them happy and cheerful, healthy and not sick. If you could spare some, it would be deeply appreciated.
