Please help the victim to restore life after torture and infliction of injury

Dear Sirs,

During my stay in the Netherlands have been applied to me malicious methods of influence as defined in Article 1 of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment and Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

Actions took place on the asylum procedure in the Nederland, and before it. It was in the 2013-2014. I was subjected to the cruelest methods of mental exhaustion destructive mind control and multiple manipulations as well as a number of other actions, which cause psychological destruction of the victim.

I came to the Netherlands in a relatively good state of health, and left as a disabled person. The result of torture has been grave damage to my health and damage to my property on a very large scale. Three years after that I still experience deep suffering and can not live a normal life, can't work, the situation is catastrophic. As a result of torture and ill-intentioned actions the huge money that I earned for many years to improve my living conditions destroyed.

For more than 1.5 years, I and my relatives sent dozens of official letters and complaints to the state bodies of the Netherlands in accordance with Article 13 of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel and Inhuman Treatment and Punishment and Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

For all this time, I have received absolutely no meaningful response or a message on the initiation of the investigation.

For three years, no representative of the Netherlands even asked about the state of human health that they tortured and humiliated. Not to mention to provide any help.

Also strikingly instead of defend, the Netherlands did everything possible to conceal serious criminal offenses committed against me earlier in Russia.

In the presence of an interpreter, the official informed me that causing harm to my health took place deliberately, but "they did not think that it would come to such serious damage".

In the Netherlands, I found out what the special services are, who commit real fascist crimes. In the Netherlands, I learned what it means to deliberately deny necessary medical care and then cause serious harm to health. In the Netherlands, I learned what it intentional infliction of helplessness and cover up serious crimes against life and health at the state level, with special cruelty and torment for the victim, methodically, coolly, professionally.

In the Netherlands, I learned what torture is, what is unlimited, all-consuming hatred and cruelty.

Pressure on the psyche pumped for a long time, methodically, coolly, professionally, me - the sick man was deliberately wounded. Persons, who participating in this, including officials foresaw the onset of grave consequences for my health and property.

I have no doubt that the authorities of the Netherlands are sabotaging the investigation into the use of torture and the serious harm to my health and property.

I still can identify almost everyone who participated in this, including officials, but the authorities of the Netherlands are strikingly not interested in it! More than three years the Netherlands pretended that nothing had happened. What is the Netherlands waiting for? While it will be impossible to establish the facts?

I still can not fit into my head how it is possible to commit grave crimes against health with one hand, to engage in torture and make people disabled, and the other hand to write articles about "An inclusive society where there is place for everyone" and position the Netherlands as a world role model and a world teacher in the field of human rights.

I used to be a volunteer, I helped save other lives, but now I would never again be a volunteer. Today I need help. Today, I want to ask you to pay attention to me.

It has now become quite clear that the appeal to the Dutch authorities is completely ineffective. I need help to prepare documents for the relevant procedures of the Committee against Torture and/or the European Court of Human Rights.
