Hi. I'm Syasya. The victim of circumstance of my late father. My story started about three months ago.

My father, was a handicapped man, married to an Indonesian woman named Lina in February last year. He got sick on the early of June 2018. Telling me how doctor was suspecting it was STD. So the doc prescribed him some meds for STD including doxycycline. He got home, took his meds and the next day he complained that his vision was blurry. His body was imbalanced, he kept on vomiting. He can bearly do his normal daily routine. But he was still taking his medications. The next day, He found out that Lina has given him double dosage of Doxycycline instead of one. Accidental or not, we'd never know.

On the 10th of June after celebrating my sister's birthday, my uncle took him to the hospital as his condition did not get any better. After an overnight at the hospital, my dad informed me that he was having a mild stroke. He was admitted for a few days. On the night of Eid - 14th June, he surprised all of us by coming home. He didn't want to be in the hospital during Eid. We found out that he even argued with the doctor to be discharged on the day.

We were celebrating Eid as usual. But little that we know that my dad can't swallow his foods properly. After a few times of trying to persuade my father to go back to the hospital, it was a little too late - 17th June. Apparently everything that he swallowed, went inside his lungs that leads to lung infection. He had a bad gastric too. On the 22nd of June, he had a stroke attack and the doctors put him to sleep right away. After putting him to sleep for a week in the ICU, we knew that our lives changed that day. He wouldn't be able to swallow his food, nor open his eyes. His life will depend on the machine. He passed away on the 28th of June.

The story didn't end there. After almost a month, my grandfather decided to talk to his wife about my dad's Employer's Provident Fund. The next day, she ran away and blocked all of us in any way possible. Her reason was, her father got sick and she had to go back to Medan, Indonesia immediately. - The lie she said but she's still in Malaysia until this day. We went to the EPF immediately, only to find out she requested for the money a week after his death. We felt betrayed as she already took most of his belongings. Including his iPhone and valuable items such as bank cards and etc. She is very much uploading videos from Tiktok on her facebook page, videos of her receiving gifts from her latest Indian boyfriend, and she went to visit my dad's grave, which I'm not sure why she visited a wrong grave - for someone's husband's grave, how can you get a wrong one?

To add the spice, my dad's customers has been attacking me for a refund as my dad has been using my name for the business he was running. After couple of times going to the court, I'm ordered to pay about 4 grands for something I never knew of, and I am given only a month to complete the full payment. I just turned 18 when my late father transferred the business under my name. 4k is a lot for someone who even quit her Diploma studies due to financial crisis. 4k is only the beginning. I'm sure there'd be a lot of people who'd come looking for me for more refund in the future. But I really hope there'd be people who can help me out in this case as I'm also working, a 21-years-old University drop-out and I've been supporting my family financially ever since I started working.
