Sadly Soot didn't make it through his surgery, he did not wake up from the anestetic    Thank you to everyone for your prayers and support.   We are still accepting donations towards the vet bill for Soot's surgery, every dollar helps and will help us to continue to treat cats in need of medical care.

Soot is a sweet, friendly, happy cat, who has suffered some hard times.

He showed up as a thin stray at a farm, and suffered an accident at some point that left him with 6 broken ribs and trauma to internal tissues.

A specialist is visiting Queensdale Animal Hospital, on Saturday, Nov. 16th, to perform a surgery to align Soot's floating ribs and fix him with an innovative plastic splint to support the ribs while they heal.  We have a reduced rate, but it's $1500 for the surgery and $430 already for X-rays and medication.  Please donate any amount you can for Soot's medical care.  Even a few dollars is appreciated.  Every little bit helps.

Thank you very much.

Healing prayers are needed, as well, please.
