Please help Sigmoid Cancer Surgery and Treatment

Hi Everyone,

My name is Dylan I've been working for the same company for over 6 years, and the sole provider of a 5 person family, unfortunately I have been diagnosed with Sigmoid Colon Cancer, Chrons, Ulcerative colitis as well as debilitating nerve damage, which forced me to be put on permanent long term disability, although I do still get a portion of my salary from my insurance company, this is not nearly enough to pay(barely) for anything outside of the baser needs of food and shelter, we are getting farther and farther behind and each new month brings new major challenges, we are starting to feel as if we might not make it out of this.

It has been over one year since I started on disability, I still work with numerous specialists as well as therapists. My health care provider has provided me with a counselor which has helped a lot. I am having biopsies for suspected rectal skin cancer as well to discuss final options and set a surgery date. I will keep everyone updated.

I will be using any funds gained to assist with living cost such as Rent, Utilities, Insurance and Food for my wife Lauren myself and our 3 boys, Mason 17, Devin 16 and Leo 6, as well for travel cost for my ever increasing Doctors, Therapist and Emergency Room visit.

We have found a way for my wife to FINALLY get her Canadian status, so that she can work and go see a doctor, we have been trying for so many years, however we have been unable to, due to the HIGH cost of a lawyer and the intricacies of the immigration process, fortunately they have greatly simplified this process over the past year, we are now also asking for help with the much lower costs, my wife and son have already completed over 37 pages of applications, we now need the Sponsorship fee ($75), principal applicant processing fee ($475) and right of permanent residence fee ($490) Total of $1,040

Current Issues(not including nerve damage):
Bleeding from Right, Left and Sigmoid Colon as well as Rectum and Anus
Skin sloughing from Anus
Right Colon severe inflammation forcing colitis into small intestine
Left Colon inflamed
Sigmoid Colon inflamed
Rectal Walls inflamed
Stomach Ulcers
Periodic inflammation of right eyeball
Liquid stool and blood at every bowel movement, mucus with some bowel movements
Inability to retain nutrients causing weight loss, weakness and fainting
Periodic nausea and vomiting, with and without blood

Medications:

Pregabalin (150mg) x6/day
Oxycodone HCL/Acetaminophen (5/325mg) x6/day
Dexlansoprazole (60mg) x1/day
Hydromorphone Hydrochloride (2mg) x4/day
Prednisone (5mg) x6/day
Gravol as needed
Remicade Infusions
