Please Help! Serious Medical Situation

My name is Faith, I’m married with 2 daughters which 1 is disabled as I am also disabled. We are from Columbia, South Carolina. We are currently in need of help due to my husband needing to have back surgery, and not being able to work since Oct. 27, 2017. Due to this we have fallen on hard times with our income becoming almost nothing since my husband was the main source of income.

With the donations received we will use them to pay off medical bills. Save our only car that currently gets everyone back and forth to doctor and physical therapy appointments, so that my husband can finally get started with the healing process from his surgery. It will also help keep his health insurance going each month so he’s able to do his physical therapy. Due to his surgery and using all of his sick time and vacation pay to make ends meet, his employer won’t give him short term disability because he’s out on FMLA to protect his employment status.
