Hello, my name is Brandon and I am trying to study abroad in Brazil. I am a junior at Whittier College in California and have never left the country, dreaming of the day I get to travel. My college offers a business course abroad in Sao Paolo for a month this May and so I see this as the perfect opportunity to have the experience of a lifetime and further my education. I plan on being a dentist and wish to take a business class, so that Dental Schools see that I have some kind of business background since running a dental office requires business knowledge. The dentist that I'm shadowing seems to think it's a good idea and that it'll look great. I plan on applying to Dental School this summer so timing is crucial, especially since I'm on low on funding. The deal with my parents has me paying for my round trip flight to Sao Paolo, while they cover everything else, including tuition fees, food, visa, etc. I looked up flights and have calculated that I'll be able to work off about a grand by the time I should be buying a ticket at the latest in March, in accordance with my work schedule vs my school schedule. Tickets are going for around $1600 to $2000 at the moment so all I'm asking for is help in reaching the difference to reach the minimal amount I can get for a ticket. Absolutely anything will help and make me that much closer to reaching my dream. My dream to travel, but even bigger: to attend Dental School. Thank you you so much!!!!!!
