Please help save our Bella

I am trying to raise this money because i NEED to save my dog Bella. My husband and I have 5 dogs and they are family to us. Our children our all out on their own and we dont want to lose Bella. I know we have alot of dogs, too many for a small home. Ive been told this and i know, but. But besides the ones we had when we got married, Bella being mine then, the others have found us. One i was babysitting for my son then things happened and he became ours. Its like I said they are family and i cant just give them away or anything. If you love your animals, i know you understand this.My husband works very hard and recently found a great job. I am a stay at home furbaby mom i guess. We have been really trying to get on our feet. But sadly i havent been able to afford vet visits often as necessary and now Bella. well im just gonna say im now desperate enough to ask for help. Bella came into heat a while back. 3 of our dogs are boys. I tried so so hard keeping them apart. So Bella wouldnt get pregnate of course because she is smaller than our boys and our other girl Buffy, this happened to her last year. to buffy i mean. l took her to the vet and he told me the puppies are too big and its going to kill her if she gives birth. so it was a cesearean to save the pups or have the pups taken out, this part killed me. the cesearean was 1500 the other was 700. thank god we were able to pay the 700 then. Now Bella is pregnate. Same dad and same situation. We are at a loss right now. Its christmas time which makes things harder but thats not what im worried about. Please if anyone can, help me save my girl. She will have to have the same operation as Buffy and then she will also be fixed as well. I appreciate any help. please. thank you
