Please help save Mylee Bear

Hello Everyone,My name is Demary and anyone who knows me, knows how much I love my dog Mylee. She is a six year old Rottweiler that has been in our family since she was six weeks old. Mylee is the sweetest, most kind hearted, playful yet shy dog and she is full of love. Up until recently, Mylee had perfect health. Unfortunately, something has gone wrong and has caused her enormous amounts of pain and loss of mobility completely.We were told by the neurologist that she needs a MRI and possible surgery after. Of course, the price tag is pretty hefty for these procedures. I have done anything and everything I possibly can, including acupuncture to relieve the pain but nothing seems to work.My heart is breaking and I would do anything for her. I'm running out of options at this point and this is why I am trying this avenue for any possible help.I know that euthanizing her is an option but she really has become my best friend and one of the best things that have ever come into my life.
