Please help save my wife

A breakdown of April's medical history:

April has had kidney problems from when she was about 14 years old but it never warranted scans or additional tests (only blood tests were ever done) so we thought nothing of it as did her parents until the birth of our 1st son after which she required 2 blood transfusions and suffered renal failure (again they only did blood tests to check and no ultrasound) for that birth and was in Hospital a week before giving birth in and out of consciousness where I was told I could lose 1 or both of them.

Frere hospital treated her Kidney with a bit of medication but could only monitor her but still only did blood tests and not an ultrasound. After the birth of our second son (we weren't informed by Drs that having a second son would cause major problems) 2 months ago she again suffered renal failure and required more blood transfusions and was then sent home. A month later (6 weeks ago) she was rushed to Frere by Ambulance where she was admitted into high care and spent 14 days (they discharged her for now as an inpatient as there isn't anything they can do regarding dialysis or transplant due to the waiting list and also because they said she needs to be with our youngest son as she couldn't see him for 2 weeks as no children are allowed in high care which is why we are having to go the private route. While in Hospital it was determined that she has multiple blood clots in her left lung which they still haven't been able to dissolve with over 30 injections as well as daily warfarin now. They also determined that she has acute renal failure which wouldn't have been so serious so soon if she had 2 kidneys but they determined 4 weeks ago after we requested an ultrasound that she was only born with 1 kidney.

She requires multiple blood tests each week as well as x-rays and highly specialized scans.

Her medication alone each month is R2000 and that excludes Drs, blood work, x-rays and scans and then once the blood clots are cleared there is the cost of dialysis/transplant which is R200 000 plus the ophthalmologist fees.
