Please help save my twin brothers lives

Hello, my name is Luyima Misheal and im 18years old. Im from Uganda but currently living in south korea with my mom(Agnes) and two siblings( Joshua 16yrsand Joel 1 yr). We came to korea with our dad as refugees but he left us after his visa had expired. Ever since he left we havent been able to get in touch with him. A month after his departure my mom realised she had fallen pregnant with twins. She started experiencing difficult complications but we were unable to see the doctor due to lack of money. However around the 5th month of the pregnacy things out worse so we visited a small hospital where she was told due to her previous pregnacy, her kidney was damaged, lacked enough nutrition and had high blood pressure so she wouldn't be able to have a normal birth or carry the babies for 9months. On September 19th 2017 she was admitted to a bigger hospital and had a C section procedure so the babies were placed in the incubator until they'll be fully mature. This process will last for a month because the babies were delivered at 32 weeks and 6 days but we have to pay 2miĺlion Korean won per day for both babies. My mom has no money at all and we're afraid the babies may be taken from the incubation procedure due to the high expenses. Therefore anyone with a kind and open heart we kindly ask for your support through this difficult time. Thank you
